Weekly Capstone Entry 9
This week felt like a really short week, probably because of the holiday but I think it would’ve felt short even if we weren’t off. For this week, we were required to create a 4-page visual presentation of our Capstone. This involved creating our problem statement out of strictly typography, gathering images that described our constraints and outcomes, creating visual mind maps, and sketching the various forms our projects could take on. I feel like this exercise really allowed me to step away from the secondary research and just have fun with what my capstone could really be. It also allowed me to see where I might need to do a little more extra research in order to get a better grasp on my topic. I am still pretty set that I want this to be a physical publication but I am being told to still keep my options open on what format this capstone could take. I am excited to continue learning more about my topic and I feel that this week really helped me visualize it better.
